Any Time is Book Time

I could crawl into bed right now. Yesterday was my day off and it has totally thrown me for a loop. I ended up sleeping until 2 pm and then heading off to the mall to see "The Island". It was a very good movie all about clones. It matched well what I have been reading which is the Dune series. In the series, they can use dead cells to create a living person back again. Someone murmured as we were flooding (all 6 of us, no one goes to the movies midday) that it didn't matter if the clones died as they didn't have souls. Oh talk about philosphical debate time, kids. Were my brain totally coherent...

It also got me thinking about values. How much is life worth? Mine compared to another? Mine to a couple? Mine to a million? Ugh! That is it... I am switching back to mindless bather of romance novels. Something will a typical plot: girl meets boy, girl despises boy, girl finds out she actually like boy, typical misunderstand including someone in boy/girl's life, equal declaration of love. Not one use of critical thinking in the whole bunch. Yay!

The day (work) is almost over. I need to go check out blather...

Good day and remember a waist is a terrible thing to mind : )

Clones do not have souls. They are like cats.
